PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR – Lisa Ottmar
- Administrative support for the following committess: Public Relations, Sponsorship and Repair Affair Committees; as well as event Advertising and Promotion Sub-Committees for the 4 major events
- Coordinate of the HBASE newsletter, HomeFront Magazine, Home Ideas Magazine and the Home Buying & Remodeling Guide
- Develops all HBASE promotional materials, flyers, news releases, etc.
- Media promotion and advertising campaigns for all HBASE consumer events
- Website design and update
- Hires and manages interns - Now Accepting Resumes for Summer 2010 Internships
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Jan Hanten
- General secretary & receptionist duties
- Assists with coordination of all HBASE events & meetings, including reservation/registrations, reminder calls and totals
- Assists with Home Show exhibitor booth sales
- Responsible for office supplies and maintenance
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail, including bulk rate mailing preparation
- Inventory, petty cash and library
- Oversees Part-time Assistant
PART-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT – Cathy Wiese
- General office & receptionist duties
- Answer phone, distribute incoming mail
- Assists with data entry, mailings, meeting prep and set up, etc.

- Assist PR Director in projects such as:
- HBA Newsletter (write, design, proof)
- Updated HBASE website
- Repair Affair program
- Updating fliers, brochures, posters for events
- Write news releases
- Localize national housing related stories for publications
- Proof Home Ideas Magazine
- Assist with major event coordination
- Answer phone, assist with mailings, press kits
