MenuThe HBASE is offering a $1,000 scholarship to various high school graduates in the Sioux Empire area who are pursuing careers in the construction industry, and enroll in an approved post-secondary program. Applications are reviewed by the HBASE's Education Committee and funding is provided through the Sioux Empire Home Builders Care Foundation.
