The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire (HBASE) is proud to announce the Feature Home which will be showcased during the 2008 Spring Parade of Homes, May 10-13 (Saturday & Sunday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm and Monday & Tuesday 5:30pm to 8:30pm).
Built by Signature Homes LLC, the Feature Home is located at 2601 W. Latigo Circle in Sioux Falls and is Parade home # 52. The executive home, located in the Prairie Hills Development just southwest of 69th Street and Western Avenue, will have a classic European style with over 6,000 square feet including five bedrooms and five bathrooms. This upper-end home has such amazing features such as a body and steam shower in the master suite, burning outdoor fireplace, permanent outside kitchen and a lower level family room, game room, exercise room, wet bar, wine cellar and home theatre system.
An admission fee of $2 per person to see this Feature Home will benefit the Sioux Empire Home Builders Care Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the HBASE. The Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that provides scholarships to local students, tools for local schools’ building and trades programs and various community service projects throughout the Sioux Empire.
