The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire (HBASE) is proud to announce the Spring Parade of Homes™. The Parade is the largest scattered-site new home tour in South Dakota. With over 110 new homes built by over 70 of the area's best builders, this event is sure to showcase some of the most outstanding craftsmanship and the latest trends in the home building industry. Homes are located in Sioux Falls, Harrisburg, Brandon, Tea and Dell Rapids. This event is FREE (excluding the Feature Home: Parade Entry #52 which has a $2 admission with proceeds going towards the Sioux Empire Home Builders Care Foundation).

The show will be on May 10-13, 2008 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday and from 5:30pm to 8:30pm on Monday and Tuesday. Potential homebuyers are invited to attend the Spring Parade of Homes as most of these homes are up for sale. Be sure to pick up the May issue of HomeFront Magazine, official event publication of the HBASE, in the Argus Leader on Thursday, May 8. The program, also available at Parade homes and at the HBASE office, will have maps along with brief descriptions of each of the homes on this year's Spring Parade of Homes.
