Mark your calendars to attend the newest HBASE event, Dream Home Tour, located just southwest of 85th Street & Western Avenue in southern Sioux Falls. In the Timber Oak Estates & Addition (developmed by First Choice Development) multiple newly constructed homes will be open to tour. These executive homes will all be fully furnished and decorated. The lots are settled in a unique setting with winding streets, rolling hills, ponds and trees. This is your chance to see the latest & greatest in building products and techniques.
Homes on the 2012 Dream Home Tour will be divided into three price categories:
Tier 1: $250,000 - $450,000
Tier 2: $450,000 - $650,000
Tier 3: Over $650,000
