Q & A for New Online Home Listing Service
Q: Does it cost anything?
A: If you upload the home(s) to the HBA website on your own, it is completely FREE. If you don’t have the time to do this or aren’t sure how to do it, you can have an HBA staff member do it for you. There will be a small charge of $20 per home and $10 per change to the information once it’s on the website.
Q: Who can use this site?
A: Only HBASE Builder & Developer Members can upload home(s) or lot(s) to the website.
Q: How do I upload the home?
A: Follow the directions by clicking here.
Q: Can I list a model home or even just a lot?
A: Yes. Feel free to upload a front elevation of the home and then let your customer choose the lot. Or vice versa.... developers can post the lot information on the website and then consumers can find a builder to construct the home.
A: 90 days at a time. You’ll receive notification from the HBASE when your 90 days is nearing expiration. If we don’t have from you within 10 days, the home will be removed from the website. This will ensure that the website is as up to date as possible.
